PSLE results are still weeks away. Here's how to use SchoolFinder to check fit first, and where to find Podsee's full explainers on how the Integrated Programme actually works.

Searches for what is the Integrated Programme climb every year around this point on the calendar, right as PSLE results start to feel close. That makes sense, because the term shows up on school websites and brochures without much explanation attached to it.
We've already written the full breakdown of how the programme actually works in our Integrated Programme guide, and a separate walkthrough on checking which schools run it. Read those for the mechanics. This post is about what to do with the weeks you still have before results land.
MOE's own SchoolFinder tool lets you search secondary schools by their locations, CCAs, DSA-Sec talent areas, subjects, programmes and PSLE score ranges, all in one place. You can shortlist on what your child actually cares about first, a sport, a subject combination, a CCA, and only then check whether those schools happen to run the Integrated Programme.
SchoolFinder's own guidance is worth repeating too. If your child has special educational needs, it advises choosing a school that caters to their learning needs, rather than defaulting to whichever school has the most recognisable programme name.
And if your child needs steadier academic support through this stretch, many parents use these final weeks to compare options such as tuition centres in Bukit Timah or centres closer to home, so the transition into secondary school feels less rushed once results are out.
The 2026 PSLE marking exercise runs from 12 to 14 October 2026, according to SEAB, which is 21 days away from today, Wednesday, 23 September 2026.
PSLE results are expected tentatively between 24 and 25 November 2026, per MOE, which is 62 days away from today. MOE confirms the exact date only once marking is complete, and announces it through the media.
What happens next depends on whether your child went through DSA-Sec. Students who took part receive their school allocation results together with their PSLE results, per MOE. Students who did not, or whose application was unsuccessful, go through the S1 posting process instead, submitting school choices after results are released.
You do not need to know what the Integrated Programme is before you start school hunting. I know that sounds strange in a post built around that exact question, and the term is sitting unexplained on half the school websites you have open right now, but a programme name is the last filter to apply rather than the first one.
The calendar is actually on your side here, because the PSLE marking exercise is 21 days away and results land tentatively from Tuesday 24 November 2026, which is 62 days from today, so there is real room to do the fit work properly. MOE's SchoolFinder already searches secondary schools by location, CCAs, DSA-Sec talent areas, subjects, programmes and PSLE score ranges all at once, so shortlist on the sport or the subject combination your child genuinely cares about, then check which of those schools happen to run the programme.
And take MOE's own note seriously, that a child with special educational needs should be matched to a school that caters to those needs rather than to the most recognisable name on the list. Fit first, mechanics after. In three years of tutoring, the children who settle fastest are the ones who recognised something of themselves in the school before they ever walked in.
MOE lists the 2026 GCE O-Level results as tentatively releasing between 13 and 15 January 2027. Once released, students can take part in the Joint Admissions Exercise for entry to junior colleges, Millennia Institute, the polytechnics and the Institute of Technical Education.
The 2026 GCE A-Level results are tentatively scheduled for release between 19 and 23 February 2027, per MOE's national exam dates page.
MOE lists the 2026 GCE N(A)- and N(T)-Level results as tentatively releasing between 17 and 21 December 2026, ahead of both the O-Level and A-Level release windows.
Private candidates could register for the 2026 Singapore-Cambridge GCE O-Level year-end examination between 7 and 20 April 2026, per MOE.
