Each level has its own detailed post with the paper by paper dates: the PSLE calendar, the N-Level season, the O-Level timetable and the A-Level calendar. And once the papers end, the results pattern across every level is here.
Read the table as a household, not a student, and the pressure points appear: a family with a P6 and a Sec 4 runs orals in July and August, then parallel written seasons from mid September through early November, nearly four months where someone in the house is always in exam mode. The June holidays are the one shared preparation window every level gets, which is worth knowing in March, not discovering in September.
I keep this exact table on my own wall, and the reason is what it does to family planning: the exam year stops being a mood and becomes a map. Trips get booked into the real gaps, tuition intensity ramps where the dates demand it and eases where they do not, and the child stops hearing a vague constant hum of exam season and starts seeing a finish line with an actual date on it.
So bookmark this page, but more importantly transfer it to paper where the family eats. A calendar on the wall does something a phone reminder never does, it lets a nine year old see that their sister's papers end on 10 November, it lets everyone count down together, and shared countdowns turn exam years from one child's lonely burden into a household project. That shift costs nothing and I have watched it change entire homes.
The 2 June sittings are the mid year Mother Tongue papers, the structure that lets students take MT early and retake at year end if they wish, so for many households the national exam season quietly opens in June while attention is still on the mid year school exams.
MOE lists the windows as tentative until confirmed: PSLE between 24 and 25 November 2026, N-Levels between 17 and 21 December 2026, O-Levels between 13 and 15 January 2027, and A-Levels between 19 and 23 February 2027, the full pattern is here.
The timetables carry an updated as at date, 13 February 2026 for all four, and SEAB republishes if adjustments occur, so the official PDFs remain the final word and this page links the level posts that cite them directly.
